The new feature helps you find a new series that you should like. The service makes its selection based on what you have previously looked at or added to your list. One click on Shuffle – you will be sent to a selected movie. You could say a kind of series roulette!
The purpose is to make it easier for members to find something to watch, a Netflix spokesman told Variety .
The streaming giant is currently testing Shuffle play with selected users around the world, but only on TVs, the function is not activated on other devices. The test has been going on since July, but the point is the feature will eventually be made available to everyone.
