Why did you start working out?

I started working out because I wanted to lose weight and get in better shape. I was also looking for an activity that I could do with my family and friends.

When did you start training?

My first experience with training was when I was about 7 years old. My dad, who was a personal trainer, would bring home a new videotape every week and we’d watch it together. It was really inspiring to see him work out and I wanted to be just like him.
I started lifting weights seriously in high school when I started to notice that my body was changing and becoming more defined. I loved the feeling of seeing my muscles grow and develop, so I kept going. After high school, I went to college for a few years but eventually dropped out to focus on my training full time.
What do you consider your biggest achievement?

There are so many things that I consider my biggest achievements!

My biggest accomplishment would have to be the physical transformation that I’ve been able to achieve over the past 10 years or so. I’ve gone from being primarily a runner and cyclist to being a full-time gym rat and bodybuilder, and it’s all because of the hard work and dedication that I’ve put into my training routine. It’s truly been an amazing journey!

What does your training routine consist of?

My training routine consists of a lot of running, heavy weights, and kettlebells.

How has your training routine changed over the years?

I have always had a pretty rigorous training routine, but over the years it has changed slightly. I used to do a lot of circuit training and HIIT workouts, but now I focus more on strength training. I also try to add in some cardio every week so that my body is constantly working.

What are some of your hobbies outside of fitness?

I love to watch movies and listen to music. I also like to play basketball and soccer

How do you feel about being a celebrity?

I feel privileged to be a celebrity. It’s an amazing experience to be able to travel the world and meet so many people. I love being able to share my music with as many people as possible.

Do you spend any time away from the gym working on these other interests?

I do enjoy spending time outside of the gym, but I don’t spend a lot of time working on other interests. I am more focused on my fitness goals and what I need to do to stay in shape.
