Scroll down to the bottom of the page, past the ad preview, to see the interactivity effects. Here you will find your survey responses.

Ads Manager allows you to see the spread of your ad (i.e. How many people were reached, how many surveys were completed and how many respondents each option received. The ratio of total responses can be viewed as well.

Facebook allows you to create groups of people who have interacted on Instagram posts or ads. Anyone who has interacted on your Instagram Stories ad falls under this category.
